This route runs the Masters lineup optimizer on the server, builds a broad lineup universe, resamples contest fields from that universe, and ranks lineups by duplicate-adjusted EV. The web defaults are lighter than the desktop script so the run stays practical inside a browser session.

What this run is actually doing

Candidate lineups come from a fast 3-man-combo pairing pass, not a brute-force sweep of every legal roster.

The server builds a large field lineup pool first, then reweights and resamples new field distributions from that pool.

Dup-adjusted EV uses lineup-level field weights and sampled duplicates instead of a player-by-player duplication shortcut.

The strongest high-stakes lineups usually show up by combining dup-adjusted EV with 6/6 proxy instead of chasing raw EV alone.
